Do the totes come included?

No, totes are sold separately.
Our racks and rails are designed to fit the standard 27-gallon HDX black/yellow totes.If you’d like, we can bring totes at cost with your install (we don't markup).

How much weight can the racks hold?

Each tote slot is designed to support a 75 lb tote.
Overhead rails are anchored into ceiling joists for safety

How long does installation take?

Most installs are completed in about 1 hour.
Larger builds may take longer, but all pricing includes delivery and installation.

How soon can you deliver/install?

We typically install within 1 week of your order.
Rush jobs are sometimes available, and we can definitively plan things out based on your schedule, just ask.

Can you build custom sizes?

Yes.
We can build to almost any height/width configuration and shapes (to go under a windows for instance.
Just tell us what you need.

Do you service my area?

We provide free delivery and installation within 25 miles of El Dorado Hills, CA.
We also service up to 35 miles away for a small delivery fee.

How many installs do you take per week?

We only take 3 installs per week to keep quality high.
Slots fill quickly, so submit your request form to hold your spot.

What if I move? Can the racks be relocated?

Yes
Racks and overhead rails can be uninstalled and reinstalled at your new home.

Who We Are

Product

Bigfoot Shelving started as more than just a side project.

It began as a way for me to teach my son how to work with his hands, understand business, and take pride in building something real.
My hope is that one day he’ll run this business himself, instead of flipping burgers to pay for college or his next dirt bike.

Where We Are

Product

We’re based just outside El Dorado Hills, where we live on a small homestead with our workshop on the property.Every rack is built right here and delivered by us, no outsourcing, no middlemen.
When you order from Bigfoot Shelving, it’s literally our family making and installing it for yours.
